1. General

The Website presents MODULINE, its metal shelving systems and storage equipment, news and media materials. It is an informational resource: it does not sell products online and no contract is concluded through it.

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always published on this page together with its date. Continued use of the Website after a change means that you accept the updated terms.

2. Website use and content

You may browse the Website and download the published catalogues for your own information or in order to request an offer from MODULINE or an authorised dealer.

We aim to keep the content accurate and up to date, but the Website is provided "as is": product descriptions, dimensions, load capacities and images are for information and may change without notice. Binding specifications are those confirmed in an offer or a contract.

You must not:

• use the Website in a way that damages or disrupts it;
• attempt unauthorised access to any part of the Website or its systems;
• extract its content with automated tools beyond the routine indexing done by search engines.

3. Products, prices and orders

Product pages, catalogues and the configurator describe the range and its options; they are not offers in the legal sense.

Orders, prices, delivery terms and payment are handled by ViTRA, MODULINE's sales partner, and by the network of authorised dealers. The commercial terms are those agreed in the offer, order confirmation or contract with the respective seller; the terms of this Website do not replace them.

Any price that may appear on the Website is indicative and may vary by market, quantity and configuration.

4. Intellectual property

The Website and its content — texts, photographs, videos, drawings, catalogues, logos, trade marks and the layout — are the property of MODULINE or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trade mark law.

You may not copy, reproduce, publish or commercially use the content without our prior written consent, except for the personal, non-commercial use described in section 2 and for referring to the Website with a link.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, MODULINE is not liable for damage arising from the use of the Website or from reliance on its content, from interruptions or errors of the Website, or from third-party websites it links to. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

6. Personal data

When you use the contact form or write to us, we process the data you provide (name, email, phone, message) only to answer your request and, where you ask for it, to prepare an offer. The legal basis is the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.

We keep the data for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, and we do not sell it. It may be shared with ViTRA or an authorised dealer when that is necessary to serve your enquiry.

You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to lodge a complaint with the National Center for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Moldova.

The Website uses only the cookies strictly necessary for its operation, such as the one remembering your language. Embedded third-party video players (YouTube) may set their own cookies when you play a video.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Any dispute arising from the use of the Website that cannot be settled amicably falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova.
